Henderson NV Real Estate Project

Henderson Community Built

One of our real estate development projects are coming to an end in Henderson, NV. Building an entire community is a lot of work. After all, we’re talking about architecture of lifestyle entirely. When thinking about these types of things, it can be very overwhelming for any home builder. Especially for the architect. Most architects don’t think of the small things that actually make a structure truly alive and good. Making a good connection with people that live in these communities we build is our motto. At Ugrosystems, we build communities with the thought in mind as to how people will be navigating through the neighborhood. Also, we build each and every house with a good sized backyard for the same reason.

Henderson is a goldmine for real estate right now. It’s not big enough to be a major city yet, but my projection is that it will become one in the distant future. There are a lot of real estate investors looking into the surrounding areas such as Las Vegas (it’s the closest major city) and they’re missing out on opportunities like Henderson.  People will be upset in the future once it gets as huge as we know it will. Anyway, let’s get into our project.

How the Real Estate Development Went Down

Building this project took 9 months total. we had 200 workers on staff and yes, it was a huge project. Each worker getting paid $20/hour was working 20-40 hours a week on this real estate development plan. Not only the planning though, these people were also the same ones building everything from scratch. We rented large CAT vehicles as necessary.

One of my colleagues (a real estate investor) told me what we were doing would be impossible. His words were, “it’s absolutely impossible to build on this development project starting now, and finishing in 9 months time”. Now, this man is a very wealthy and powerful individual. Yet, I stood my ground and didn’t let him get into my head. I went forward with the real estate building. In the first 3 months, we got the entire community planned and excavated. Consequently, roads were paved and frames were up, in the first 90 days.

What Did the Remaining Days Consist of?

Well, mostly perfecting the individual housing units. This was a completely customized community where they homes were already bought and professionally designed. These designs were unique to each and every house in the community! This is why it took the remaining 6 months to get the project done. I very much shocked my colleague that told me I was out of my mind.

But still, I wanted the development finished in 9 months, and we made it happen. Every single home owner was happy with their houses. There were a lot of investment properties created in this community. People still don’t live in the community as it is being cleaned up from all the dust kicked up and all over the houses. Henderson is in the middle of the desert and hence, the dust (or sand).

The community we built is being bought entirely by a famous real estate mogul known for investing in commercial and residential areas in the United States.

Although each house was custom built in a unique way per our designers, not all homes are built. If you’re in the market for a home right now, you can contact our close friends at the real estate office today. They are realtors in Henderson NV and have outstanding reviews. Also, Trish Nash herself has been ranked in the best realtors in the country for years and is in fact #6 on the list.

What Else Did We Do?

After getting all houses complete with all finishing touches, we went ahead and started the cleaning process. We then hired a professional designer to come and make some finishing touches to the streets and park areas. So, they ended up planting more trees as there is a ton of space within the community (and not much to see). We then added bird feeders and bird baths to the park areas in the community for wildlife interaction. This was the end of the project. Now, we’re waiting for investors that would like to purchase the entire master planned community for $30,000,000.00. If you or someone you know may be interested. Please contact us here.

We Added 4 New Home Build Types to our Portfolio!

Ugrosystems have added 4 more home builds to our portfolio. These new builds include one exciting new construct that is entirely wheelchair accessible. It’s also customized to the liking of that specific disabled individual. All special needs are built into the home before they move in. Another build type we now have available has the element of water all throughout the house. From built in fish tank walls to a built stream that surrounds the entire home and is visible from every window. This one is my personal favorite. The next build has tall ceilings with up to 3 floors not including the basement. This home type is made for people that love the feel of vaulted ceilings and open space. This build also comes with an RV garage built into the home. We can also include the home to come with an RV to have it ready for you when you move into the home, you’ll also be getting the keys to your new RV. The last home build type we have created has a lot of individual rooms with enough space in them, but not nearly as overwhelming of space that the other build types offer. With this type, you have the ability to have lots of individual rooms for either offices, bedrooms, game rooms, an in-home theater, study rooms, libraries, gyms, etc. All other builds have more of an open feel to them and will be quite hard to individualize the space in the house for a gym or what have you.

If you’re interested in any of these build types or would like us to send you a blueprint of any of them, please contact ugrosystems.com today.
